We started this business because we love birthday parties and love the joy that it brings children. We would love to provide you with customized digital party invitations, eye masks, balloon packages, lightbox, cakes, and themed party favors as additional add-on packages. This is our favorite part! We collaborate with for balloon decor and cake pops and with for mini birthday sessions. What is the basic set-up for your tents? Each guest has a tent, mattress with sheet, a decorative pillow, table, popcorn bowl, and lantern. We are able to and love to provide additional add-ons to customize your party for additional costs. What are the maximum/minimum rental requirements? We have a 2 tent minimum and 5 Tent Maximum at this time (Sept 2020). Coming soon we can provide up to 8 tents. Is a deposit required? Yes, we require a booking and equipment protection deposit $75 refundable or transferable to total at the conclusion of the event. Can we have outdoor parties? Yes, in fair weather you can book outdoor parties. We do not provide decorative pillows/ blankets. What happens if I have to cancel or postpone my party? We understand that life happens. If you need to change your date we will work with you. Events must be rescheduled within 60 days. If you wish to cancel your party, you must cancel within 14 days to receive your returned deposit. How much space is needed for a party? We recommend thinking about your space before deciding how many children to invite. Our tent footprint is 44x50 and then depending on your decorating preferences you will want to leave space for individual tables. We will discuss spacing during bookings. Please remember we do not move furniture at setup/takedown. Please have your furniture moved and the area cleaned. What type of mattresses do you use? We use cozy kid air mattresses designed for ages 3-10. The mattresses are 34.5x62x7in. Air mattresses are not designed for children under the age of 3. How much time do you need for setup/takedown? Depending on your party size and decorations we will need 45-90 minutes. Are pets allowed? No, pets are not allowed inside or around the tents. We love fury friends but for allergy purposes they are not allowed inside the tents. If your child or guests have allergies to animals, we suggest consulting with your physician before choosing to book, as we cannot guarantee our tents are 100% free of pet dander. Are food/drinks allowed in tents? We ask that only water and popcorn are allowed with the tents. Sodas, juice, cakes, cupcakes, or candy are not allowed in tents. (Remember, you are responsible for cleaning any stains incurred during the party rental)
Am I responsible for the equipment? Yes, the equipment will be the responsibility of the customer during the reserved party time. Any damage, lost items, or broken/destroyed equipment will be charged to the customer at full price. Do you provide pillows? No, all pillows are provided for decoration purposes only. We ask that each guest brings their own pillows for sleeping. Many families ask that they also bring their own blankets. How do you go about cleaning the items between parties? As parents we know that sanitation is a huge priority for our customers. After each party, all bedding is laundered. Mattresses, tent covers, decorative pillows are decorations disinfected, steamed, and spot cleaned. We ask that the pillows we provide are only used as decorations and that each party guest brings their own pillow for sleeping. TERMS & AGREEMENT
DAMAGES
The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Client at full replacement value. Damage and/or defacement other than normal wear and tear of property belonging to Sweet Dreamcatchers will result in assessment of charges and billing to the Client. (i.e. no markers, food or drink inside tents).There should be no sharp objects that may puncture the air mattress. Please no jumping on air mattresses and no sitting/standing on tray tables. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the tent area. PHOTOGRAPHY
Should you agree that Sweet Dreamcatchers may photograph your event in the party agreement, Sweet Dreamcatchers reserves the right to use photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Sweet Dreamcatchers, in perpetuity, and for other use by Sweet Dreamcatchers. However, we respect your privacy and should you not like your party photographed, we will refrain from doing so or photograph within your stipulations. At no point will names, ages, or addresses or personal information be used. EVENT EX*****ON
Exact décor, party favors, and fabrics are subject to change slightly based upon product availability. We strive to update our event designs frequently to keep them fresh and unique. Any major changes will be communicated to you in advance of your event. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & REFUNDS
Events must be rescheduled within 60 days. LIABILITIES TO THIRD PARTIES
Sweet Dreamcatchers assumes no responsibility or liability for any claim for personal injury, death, accidents, loss or damage to the property. Insurance is the Client’s responsibility during the rental period. In the event of damage or loss of Sweet Dreamcatchers inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. Sweet Dreamcatchers is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the rental equipment, menu, fabrics, or any activity taken place before, during, and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the Client. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT
