Once the order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations:

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Items are packaged and secured to ensure they arrive to you safely; however, in the event an item arrives damaged, message us, and please send the item back to us within 5 business days. Once we receive the damaged product a new item will be shipped out to you. If the item is out of stock, a new item will be sent once stock arrives, or can be replaced with another item of similar value.
**After 5 business days we will not able to change out the item for you**
What if I ordered the wrong size? Although we do not allow exchanges or returns, we will work with you in order to exchange the size if needed. Again, items must be sent back within 5 business days. In order to change an item for a different size, we must receive the item back damage free and like new, the way in which you received it.
