Large only in the shop again this evening!!

Here are the reasons why......

Pretty much everything we do is guess work. For example this weekend we have a school fete and another event that is similar on
top of the shop.. all of which we have no clue whatsoever what we are going to sell.

I do all the prep so already I have to guess the amount of dough required for all events and the amount of time it's going to take me to prep for all the events!
If I get that wrong it's a waste of my time and leads to losing money on throwing things away or missed opportunities to sell pizza

I am pretty good at guessing the numbers for events for example the 3 last weekend added up to 270 pizza and I made 280 doughs 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

But when you factor in the shop as well that offers 3 different sizes that's when my brain explodes🤯🤯🤯

I can guess the number of pizzas I just can't guess how hungry you are individually 😂 so I pick the 16 inch as I believe it's the best representation of our NY style and hope for the best! It also means we can keep the level of service up as it's easier and more efficient to do 1 size when busy!

LARGE AND XL ONLY THIS WEEKEND!!!

As we are now approaching the "summer" we are now honouring all of the private events that we booked prior to opening the shop....

And because we are a very small team and I make and individually ball every pizza dough. In order to be to run the shop smoothly whilst prepping and doing the large events we will from time to time just offer large pizzas.

The reason for this is it cuts down my dough balling massively and during service it also cuts down our prep time whilst making the pizzas which allows us to have less staff, meet your collection times and man the shop effectively 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Plus big pizzas are just better🍕🍕🍕💪💪💪

Imagine owning a takeaway shop, wondering why no orders are coming in and 5 mins before you close you realise you haven't switched on the right day so nobody was able to order!
