Porchfest 2024 is underway throughout Historic Lapeer - Main Street DDA.
Be sure to visit our information tent located in front of the Historic Court House by the Historic Farmers Market of Lapeer.
Megan and Jeff from Averys Automotive are there to greet you, make sure you have a map and answer any questions you have.

No streets will be shut down tomorrow for Porchfest Lapeer. If possible park in the lots off Clay and Park Streets. It will be open to traffic but there will be a lot of pedestrians on Nepessing. Like and share!

We will have an information table set up in front of the courthouse. We will be giving out maps and programs for all the entertainment als well as accepting donations to help with the event as well. The DDA puts on Porchfest out of our own budget. Any contributions are needed and welcomed! Please like and share.

WOW! We just found out from some geo fencing data provided to us by Michigan Main Street that we had 6,000 people at Porchfest Lapeer last year! The weather is supposed to be perfect on Saturday so come on down and let’s see if we can make it even bigger this year! Please like and share.

🎉 PorchFest Lapeer is Coming Soon! 🎉

We're gearing up for an amazing PorchFest on July 20th, 2024 in Historic Downtown Lapeer, and we are looking for a few more volunteers to help make sure it's a success!

Do you love music, community events, and want to get involved in a fantastic local tradition? We're seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join us and help bring PorchFest to life!

👥 Volunteers Needed for event setup, teardown, and working the information tent.

One of the most popular groups each year at Porchfest is Spirit Drumming, this group will bring together 38+ musicians in front of the Historic Courthouse on Saturday.
In addition to great music they will also have a display of world drums and an opportunity engage with the musicians and hear their testimonials on the impact music had had on their lives.
