This Friday we’re back to our regularly scheduled programming as ‘That Motown Sound’ at Laurels, Whitley Bay is BACK. We missed you in September as the Laurels crew were busy smashing it at the Theatre Royal with their production Gerry & Sewell, but your monthly night of Motown mania awaits you once again at Whitley Bay!

For those wanting to stay more local, just like every other week we’ve got Retro Fridays at The Quay Blyth! We’ll bring the discount drinks if you bring the funky Halloween costumes. See you all there!

Tonight, NEway will be bringing you the classic retro tunes and discounted drinks at The Quay Blyth just like we do every Friday! Hope to see you all down there and make sure to get down early to grab a voucher before they’re all gone!

There will be no ‘Motown Sound’ at Laurels, Whitley Bay tonight as the team down that end are working hard to bring you Gerry & Sewell at the Newcastle Theatre Royal. Last shows are tomorrow so get a ticket as there’s limited availability left. Your monthly Motown party will be back next month, Friday 1st November.

🎵 Get ready to groove to the timeless tunes of Motown! Two years ago, we had an unforgettable night at the late great Laurences Blyth where we presented ‘That Motown Sound’. And now we’re proud to announce that we’ll be working with the same team again at Laurels, Whitley Bay to bring you that same sound EVERY MONTH.

Starting May 3rd, we’ll be bringing you a Motown marathon on the first Friday of every month. And as if it even needs to be said at this point, entry is absolutely free!
