The Coordinated Collective begins their work before the wedding to develop a timeline and provide a vendor contact planning sheet. A few weeks before the wedding, they start to finalize details and distribute the timeline to the vendor team. On the day of the wedding, two coordinators will be present. They will oversee all aspects of the day to ensure everyone gets to where they need to be, keeping in time with the celebration.
