To all our friends, family and fans, it is with much sadness that we are finally able to publicly confirm the rumours you may have heard over the past few months:
Due to the unresolvable situation with our landlord and his desire to redevelop the building it is our belief that we will soon be forced to close forever, with the most likely date being the 13th of July. This is a fight we’ve been waging for many months behind the scenes and will continue as long as there’s hope, however on the advice of our legal team we wanted to make this statement public now.
This would mean we potentially have just this weekend and two more left with our final event being MVMNT on the 11th of July.
This seems like as good a time as any to thank every single person who has dj’d, supported, worked, or attended our rag tag operation over the last 4 years including all the interstate and overseas DJ’s and agents who’ve helped us carve out our place in the world and to invite you all down to dance with us in what may be the final few weeks of our dream together.
Stay tuned for what comes next, including parties at other spaces during our break from home ownership and of course don’t be shy if you see us at the club over the next few weeks, one last hug will go a long way.
