Once in awhile you get shown the light, in the strangest of places if you look at it right…

Blessed tonight by an unexpected, spectacular show put on by Dead End Strings @ Callsign Brewing Taps & Tunes ..the homies from Humboldt Jeff Barnett, Matt Korte, and the infamous Kyle Grigsby, and I look over and the badass Lily Frances Dooman is in the house, and I realize all these beautiful musical souls have been a part of YoshFest 1 and/or 2, and here we stand in KC three years later in the absence of you, and the love still grows through music. You are missed my friend, but so present. 🙏🏻✨🎶

High, my YoshFest friends! 🤪
I’d like to invite you to like my new page, Blonde_with the Wind ENT, to stay in the know about shows and events that I’ve got in the works in Wichita, KC, and beyond.
Although I’d been working on events for a few years, YoshFest was the first full music event I ever produced on my own. Josh was my music buddy, life long friend, travelled many miles over the years to attend shows with me. It has inspired me to continue producing badass shows that support live music and local musicians. So go like and share my page because Stone Cold Steve Austin says so!

We lost our dear friend on this day in 2021. We all have those rare individuals who change our entire lives just by knowing them, and Josh (Yosh) is one of those people. Unique. Beautiful. Flawed. Special. We aren’t doing YoshFest this year, but know it’s because we’re building it into something bigger.
I love you beyond words, my friend. You will always be part of this journey. Miss you. Love you! 😘🙏🏻🎶
