It turns out that only 12 percent of visually impaired people have learned enough Braille to read it fluently. To open the way to knowledge for others, designer Hyung Jin Lim came up with a simple and effective device, which he called "Braille Translator". The device consists of two parts: a glove with a scanner and a Bluetooth headset on the ear. The scanner recognizes the text and transmits it as a sound signal to the user's earphone. Not complicated at all, but very useful device for many people.
