We are going to be hosting a women's active stretching class on Wednesdays for the month of August. It will be a way to warm your body up for the stretching, include static and dynamic stretches, followed by a nice cool down. Ages 18-90+ are welcome as most moves have a modification!

For the four sessions it will run $45

We would love your feedback on what TIME of day works best.

A) 6-6:45am
B) 7-7:45am
C) 5:45-6:30pm

I feel like it has been a while since I have posted, but I have still been taking on private parties & appointments. 📱

I’m back to social & ready to take on appointments for YOU ✨

Danceography - De Soto

We are founded on a love for kids, teaching, and all things dance! We desire to share our passion through dance in a Christian environment, providing quality dance training through fun and creative choreography, while maintaining proper technique through different styles of dance. Danceography accepts all ages from walking age to 99+ years old! We offer tap, jazz, hip hop, ballet, lyrical, contemporary, tumbling, and pom/cheer from entry to advanced levels. We are hopeful to add a competition team for the 2020 - 2021 season! We can not wait to open our doors and see our dancer’s shine on stage with their God given talents and grace.

We also offer adult Fitness Classes throughout the weekdays and adult Couple Lessons (two step, waltz, wedding preparation, etc.) for those over 18+. We will be looking to add Mommy & Me movement classes in the mornings as interest presents itself!
