The Cabin

What began as a family farm in the early 1900’s nestled at the foot of the Carolina hills along the creek bank, has now evolved into what we know it as today. Hickory Creek Cabin was built and still serves as a favorite family spot, now as well as an event venue. We are focused on meeting the needs of providing an outdoor gathering place with a rustic pavilion, suited for birthday parties, graduation parties, reunions, showers, weddings and more!
Located in the Ranger area of Murphy, NC the Cabin itself is available for daytime use only complete with fully furnished kitchen for food preparation, living area with rocked fireplace, restroom and loft area.
Outside, “The Outhouse” is on site providing additional outdoor restrooms for guests. A rocked fire-pit and the pavilion complete the spot.
