My first try at Arepas! Tested tonight with some Chive & Onion Cream Cheese topped with Pickled Red Onions; also another one with some Strawberry Jelly. Endless possibilities with these. Can't wait to make my Spicy Barbacoa, Pulled Pork Butt, or Beef Brisket, any would be awesome inside these Arepas. This is a game-changer for my repertoire.
