Since it’s a new year, I figured it would be a great time for an introduction! Thank you for following us and continuing to support us! I’m Mackenzie and I started Events By Mackenzie five years ago this month. I wanted to try my hand at wedding and event planning after my own wedding and some family weddings and soon found out how much I love it and how well it fits my passions and skill sets! I’m so grateful for our clients and seeing how far we’ve come over the past five years.

Here are a few Fun Facts about me:
* I love to travel and have been to 24 countries so far with many more on my bucket list!
* Music of all types and genres is the soundtrack of my life. Oldies (70s and 80s) are my favorite!
* Being outdoors with my husband and my dogs is where you’ll find me when I’m not working. From hiking, to biking, to snowshoeing, to scuba diving, to target practice at the gun range, I love to be active and enjoying the great outdoors!

We’re excited to be able to work with couples in Idaho, the Mountain West, and the Austin, Texas areas! Our calendar has some availability for Fall 2025 and all of 2026! We look forward to hearing from you and working with you soon!🤍

✨ A New Chapter Begins ✨ Thrilled to share my first project in the Mountain West at the stunning Snake River Ranch, with the those iconic Grand Tetons as the backdrop. 🌄 The design we created reflects the natural beauty of the West, featuring rich, bright florals, heirloom tomatoes, and bolo tie napkin rings, to give off those elevated ranch vibes. Our bride stunned in the most elegant gowns from Monique Lhuillier and Mark Ingram, paired with a gorgeous floral detail veil. 🤍 Brought to life by an incredible vendor team from all over the Mountain West. Excited to bring more magic to this Region!
