Our Story

Our mission is to make Mermaid Dreams come true - one party at a time!!

As a little girl growing up in Toronto, Canada - the Mermaid Dream seed was planted in my brain in the 1980’s with the hit movies “Splash” and “The Little Mermaid”. Mermaids were REAL - and we all dreamed of meeting or BEING one..

But it wasn’t until 2014 when that dream could actually became a reality - thanks to a friend who offered swim classes and camps with a swimmable fabric mermaid tail! I had just become certified in SUP (stand up paddleboarding) and was drawn to the lakes more than ever before - so adding a mermaid tail to this equation was such a delight! I swam and SUP’d in over 20 different lakes that summer!!

Long story short - in early September, I fell in love with an old grade school friend who was visiting from Boca Raton, Florida. We did the long distance thing - got married 1 year later - and began planning for our future in the Sunshine State.

As soon as I was allowed to work - a friend helped me get an amazing job as a Fire Alarm Inspector. I specialized in surveillance and alarm system installations - so it was an easy role to transition to. The money was great and the work was easy - but it quickly became the job from hell, for many reasons. Worst of all was the constant sound of alarms going off!! That awful noise would stay with me until I’d fall asleep and then even creep into my dreams.

I began planning Sirena Fiesta with every spare minute that I had and as luck would have it, I was let go due to a shortage of work! I couldn’t have planned it any better. My husband and I celebrated and we knew that it was time to make my party planning mermaid dream, come true!

Sirena Fiesta all started with a big order of Mermaid Tails, my custom made Throne and a Dream.

We have been blessed with the most FINtastic clients - EVER!! And look forward to charity events and festivals like the Boynton Beach Pirate Fest and Mermaid Splash, where you can mingle with our Mermaids and shop for mer-Made treasures.

Fuelled by my passion and backed by the love and support of friends, family and our treasured clients that have become like family - Sirena Fiesta will continue to grow strong roots in South Florida - bringing you the best in Mermaid Entertainment, Props and Decor.
