Con Alma Big Band will be taking a break

Hi all,
Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond the band's control, Con Alma will be taking a break from performing and gigging for the foreseeable future.

This was not an easy decision for the band, please stay subscribed to this email for future updates. We all appreciate your support over the years and following us to new venues and changing schedules. This group of players have been playing with each other for many years and we are sad it has come to an end (for now).

We have enjoyed many Sunday's together and was amazing to see familiar faces at Music in the Parks a couple of summers ago - great times!

We will miss seeing you out on the dance floor.

As we adjust to the new year, we wanted to take the time to introduce you to a few of the bands performing this year at Music in Parks!

Amazing musicians and vocalists, and a range of music that will charm any ear, Con Alma Big Band gets you up and dancing. Fun, friendly and fantastic, fans say this band is a guaranteed great night – or day – of music.

With a repertoire from the 40s on, in a variation of dance styles, Con Alma (formerly known as the North Harbour Big Band) is all about a big sound full of swing.

You can catch The Con Alma Big Band at Music in Parks Domain Band Rotunda on Saturday 14 January.
