SPL011 on its way 💎

Marking our return, the 11th release welcomes 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝘆𝗽𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, the Ukrainian-born, Warsaw-based artist exploring the intersections of experimental techno, ambient soundscapes, drum and bass energy, and IDM sensibility.

𝗗𝗷𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗮 unfolds across four rhythm-driven cuts that draw on tribal traditions and percussive intensity, maintaining the raw drum and bass essence of the splotty sound.

𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗺𝘂𝗿 is a track that sets the tone for the entire EP – mystical, tribal and breaky, woven with fragments of a well-known Tibetan 100-syllable mantra, where Archypness captures the whisper of a mysterious presence, unfolding dynamically across the rhythm.

New podcast of mine has just dropped via _zerozero sc channel.

I had a completely different idea for the sound of this set in mind, but its final form quite perfectly illustrates my current musical fascinations. Mainly 165BPM of unorthodox style of tracks that defy rigid definitions of techno and broken bass music. The narrative unfolds amid dense blends, psychedelia, and playing with harmonies. Two SPLOT label unreleases included. Hope you'll give it a go!

Proper jungle / dnb session at Stacja Międzyrzecka tonight. My second time at this venue. Just look at this massive line-up of quality local players. Reminds me a bit of our good old DRUMFORMATOR days. Hope to see all local bassheads on the floor!

Getting invited to be a part of this well-respected avant-garde festival is a great honour. I still remember interviewing the mastermind behind it, Kostas, and running live transmission back in my Radio LUZ days. September in Wrocław has always been all about this event 🫠

On Saturday: Jasna 1 and its greatly awaited reopening weekend. Big big big to be a part of Miazmat’s 4XL line-up along with my badass bassfriend Kristi Zubova. Our second ever b2b is coming. Get ready, we’re gonna go bonkers 🏴‍☠️

MNMT Recordings presents: Glassz — Up To Date Festival 2025

Glassz is a Wrocław based DJ deeply involved across many aspects of the Polish scene: As the promoter behind the label and party series called SPLOT, resident and advancing manager of Ciało club, booker of Up To Date Festiva, DJing trainer at Instytut Dźwięku and former head of music editorial and programming in Radio LUZ 91.6FM. A day and night explorer of fresh, out-of-the-box electronic music, ever striving to bring new experiences to the local scene by seeking for complex and imagination-stirring dance music.

Playing on the FOMO stage at the 2025 edition of Up To Date Festival, Glassz describes the mix as “the most fulfilling performance on every level captured,” serving as a testament to a relentless exploration of out-of-the-box electronics and moving beyond convention to create something truly unique.
