2024 has been a rollercoaster year for me🤞🏾. I gained back all the weight I worked so hard to lose in 2023. I made mistakes in my personal life and in my business😔, but one thing I’ve learned is that life isn’t about never falling, it’s about getting back up every time you do.💪🏾

I’m choosing not to be too hard on myself because growth isn’t linear, and setbacks don’t define me. What matters is how I rise from them. This is my starting point, and I’m ready to take back control, step by step, day by day.💪🏾

I’m committing to getting back to the gym, staying disciplined, and doing the work to be the best version of myself as I head into 2025. Today, I took this picture as a reminder of where I am. I’m not hiding from my journey; I’m embracing it. Progress won’t happen overnight, but it will happen.🙏🏾🤝🏾
