In accordance of Covid-19 situation. Kids Castle has been always concern and wanted to prioritized your family, our crew members and most especially your kids' health.

It is in our outmost goal to reach and make sure that everyone's happiness during the event won't be as a result of "carelessness" and "lack of consideration"; and at the same time, we also believe that we can help each other on how to feel the stress, the loneliness of being in quarantine less troublesome and bearable.

As we all know this situation has affected our mental health not only to adults but as to many of our children too and we disagree to cancel everything!

We deserve to be happy especially on our birthdays or during our intimate wedding days!

We want you to know that Kids Castle is here to give you and your kids joy and the memory with their family and friends still, while we also follow the guidelines during the quarantine days.

You may rent our party play materials for 12 hours- 24hrs. without the guilt of having a party at home. We will set up the play area for you and we are off to go.. No crew member will be staying at your place. This way we can prevent the transmission of the virus.

During the sending back option of our materials, please expect that the client will shoulder all the delivery fees going back to one of our warehouse.

We can be safe and be healthy all together! Looking forward to a magical Kids Castle event with you!

This is a warning to those who wants to mess with us. We are doing our best to earn a living decently and even in a small way, this business have been supporting students and family the best we can. Don't us.

Nag book sya basta basta ng appointment on April 2nd nung una ng walang inquiries or ano paman last Sunday lang din, it was a little unusual. 2ndly, while then I am confirming the said appointment and asking for all the details. She doesn't know what kind of package she is reserving.
3rdly, from her details given, she said that the event will be tomorrow? Pls pls pls to our dear beloved parents, hope you could consider making a reservation at least two weeks prior to your event so that we could prepare and serve you at our very best.

Lastly, location of the said event changed suddenly the moment she was being asked😄. From Quezon province to Las Pinas.. Mommy, GCQ po tayo sa ngayon. Ganun po ba talaga kadali magparty party😂..
