This was such a hit at the party. It was more full than this the day of and now, there’s about 5 items left in there. 😂
Upon entry, each guest was given 2 coins to freely try at the machine. Throughout the party, they were given opportunities to win more coins via games and other methods.

Soon to be 4yo client wanted a Bluey themed birthday party. She also requested a lot of custom items present. Needless to say, Ladii Jaye’s made it happen.
*Hand drawn and painted characters— they are sold online for $45 and up.
*Original red/yellow Tikes car turned into “Janet and Rita’s Car,” —sanded, spray painted, and customized.
*Built sandpit for “Rita’s parking spot”
*Built and customized WORKING Claw Machine from one of the episodes.

As I always say, it takes a lot to plan, setup, and organize for an event. Some of those may entail a bit more or less work than others. But when it comes to your special day, you should take the guess work out and allow someone else to take on that stress while you enjoy the end result.

Yesterday, LJE’s had the pleasure of simply showing up and decorating for a graduation party. It was that simple!

Cheers to THREE years! This client was a bit special and near and dear to my heart. She came with her own budget and knew what she wanted for her event. Lol
This Blippi/Construction Birthday Party was a blast, literally. It was so much fun creating each of these elements for the overall decor of the party. The original plan was to have this construction themed party outdoors, but the weather wouldn't allow us to be great, so we improvised at the last minute and if I may so say so myself, it still turned out a hitch! *Perfect unisex theme for your kiddos*

Whew! I hate to the be the messenger, but as we all know.. that old phrase, “Time is money..” it literallt means, “Time is a valuable resource, therefore it is better to do things as quickly as possible.”
With that being said, as a small, black and female, Veteran-owned business, I’d no longer like to waste mine, respectfully. Going forward, to entertain any conversation of a perspective future event, a consultation needs to be scheduled.
How it works?! Consultation is a $20 fee. After the fee is paid, an event questionnaire will be emailed immediately. Upon receiving the questionnaire, you can then schedule a time/date that we will go over any further details of your event. This is a 15-30min consultation, just to see if LJE’s services will be a good fit for you and your budget.
IF you decide to book an event with LJE’s, an invoice will be sent out with all services needed/to be provided in a decent turn-around time.

LJE’s planned its first SURPRISE Baby Shower in my hometown of Scottsboro, Alabama, last weekend. The mother-to-be was none other than one of my best friends from middle school and the third of the musketeer joined in to help and well.. let’s just say that the mom-to-be was not the only one to be surprised. 🥰
The theme was from Encanto, but the twist: Unlike in the movie where Mirabel didn’t receive a gift, on this special day, I created a vision for real life’s Maribel to “receive” her gift presented by her sweet sister Sonia (check out the cake), that is no longer here with us on Earth. Because afterall, though it seemed as though in the movie Mirabel was the only one not to receive her gift, SHE was the gift that her family needed!
Choosing to celebrate with Ladii Jaye’s Events as your event planner and coordinator means you’ll receive one special custom-made item. For this sweet Mommy of a new baby girl, it was “Mirabel’s Door,” with her daughter’s name.

I had so much fun in the weeks leading up to this event planning, creating, and designing that the reality was much better! There were a few guests who had no clue to what Encanto was or about, but it was said a few times from the guests, “Not sure what the theme was, but I knew it looked like a scene from a movie or something we’d see on tv.” The love and joy felt in the room was all the confirmation I needed to know: I had surpassed any thoughts of theme the mother had previously guessed or could have imagined. Allow LJE’s to plan and design your next event, afterall, it should be “An affair to remember.”

LJE’s has its first official event here in Scottsboro, Al today— a baby shower! The Mom-to-be has trusted me with a surprise theme and I cannot wait to see her expression in real life just as much as I can’t see what the photographer captures for years to come! There’s a first for everything, so I’m grateful for the opportunity to plan my first baby shower event and IN my hometown for MY best friend! 💚💚
