Proteins are made from chains of amino acids, these are the building blocks of the proteins in our body ๐Ÿงฑ. โฃ

Eating different types of proteins, such as beans/pulses, eggs ๐Ÿณ, dairy ๐Ÿฅ›, meat ๐Ÿฅฉ, nuts/seeds ๐Ÿฅœ and soy will make it easier to ensure you are eating a range of amino acids. โฃ
