My lunch today: Green chili Chicken and Street Corn Slaw! It’s a great dish to eat cold…of course you can take out the chicken and heat it on its own, but I enjoyed the whole thing right out the fridge. I’ll have the Cuban tonight - it’s best if you heat the entire bowl for 1 minute.

Where are my FFF’s (fresh fig fans)? I won a wasp battle to pick these beauties. I like them fresh more than canned or in jam, so it was worth it! Shout out to Farmers Market at The Grove for the free fig tree many summers ago!
