Today's recipe looked so good that it was one of the first recipes I tested for this party! And the results of the recipe testing...delicious! Grill the corn on the cob, jalapeño, and onion to give them a smoky, charred flavor. Then mix the grilled veggies into a creamy, zesty, cheesy dip. Serve it with tortilla chips, bell pepper strips, or just eat it with a spoon—it’s that good! (Pssst…you can keep the dip warm for your fiesta in the Slow Cooker Stand!)
