Hello, it's been a bit quiet on our social for a while due to family illness, however, we are back and ready. We have lots of exciting events to cater for over the coming months, weddings, birthdays, garden parties and more.
A little about us:
Earth and Soul is run by myself, Nina and my small team of foodie enthusiasts. My real passions lie and have always been in events and cooking for a crowd, to me food is how I show love, nothing says love to me more than a meal someone has spent time meticulously preparing with you in mind. I have over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry from running my own restaurants across the South to working for large companies.
As a cook, but first and foremost, as a mum of three with a chaotic, busy schedule, cooking is the one thing that calms and allows me to feel a little peace, cooking has always been the thing that balances me whichever way I am feeling. I think cooking is underestimated massively as tool for aiding our mental health, it doesn’t matter if you hate cooking, don’t feel confident in the kitchen, have no interest in food, my team and I are here to ignite that foodie passion within. Creating menus that evoke memories, joy and happiness, food that’s nutritious for the mind, body and the soul.
We are a small catering company based 15 minutes outside Newquay, our ethos is simple, fresh, seasonal, Cornish, sustainable farm to food table. We are available to book for events and dinner parties. New website incoming!
We are also hosting a very special charity event this summer from our very own barn and gardens. The theme is midsummer feast and will showcase the best in Cornish produce. This will be a family event and held during the day, with lots of activities and music on the day.
