I’ve been getting a lot of questions regarding the term Virtual Event Planner. So I am going to break it down for all of those who are curious.

Virtual Event Planning is exactly what it sounds like. Sometimes I am not available to be in that city or state right away to plan with my clients, but I still want to be there for them. So I offer virtual services for my clients so I can help them even without being there.

This is great for clients in other states or far away destinations that don’t want to have to budget for flying a planner out to them.

Virtual Event Planning also makes availability open further and can make life easier for both planner and client.
