As summer fades and we approach autumn it is a wonderful time to enjoy the changing seasons

Join me for Saturday morning stillness on 19 August. We will spend the morning disconnecting from the busyness of our lives and minds. Using our senses we will go within to find the Stillness.
Morning starts at 10.30 with some gentle breath work, continuing with guided meditation. Following this we will engage in some creative painting and finish with afternoon tea.
