Saturday night's dinner to celebrate a 40th in Melton last week.
Kids dinner first with a Pork Ragu Tagliatelle and had the little ones rolling it out with me, very sweet moment! Always try and get the little ones involved!
Then canapés of:
-Butley Mussel Scampi, Parsley Aioli
-Baron Bigod + Cranberry Bites
-Honey + Thyme Chipolatas
Followed by:
-Seeded Sourdough + Raw Bungay Butter
-Venison + Truffled Cheese Arancini, Apple Ketchup
-Rare Beef Fillet, Brown Crab Tortellini, Carrot Puree, Winter Greens, Salsa Verde, Pommes Paille + Port Jus
-White Chocolate Cheesecake, Salted Caramel, Passion Fruit Curd
