On Sunday 2/6/22 my BFF of 24 years gained her wings as Scleroderma Champion. She fought Scleroderma for 11 years, with grace, love, faith, hope and a beautiful smile no matter the circumstances. She shared so much light to the world. She inspired so many of us with her fighting spirit. She was definitely a gift to this world. Maritza was a beautiful soul, her smile will be engraved in many hearts. I’m definitely going to miss all our adventures, our chats, get togethers, all our laughs where endless. This loss hurts so much, her physical presence will forever be missed but I hope to keep her memory alive for as long as I may live! I started a Go Fund to help her family.
