November was a great start going into the last month of 2022. We made it onto the local @lvnowtv @msmertz @lvnowtv news3lv couple times thanks to @nina_manchev, had 3 great dinners and lunch @animabyedo @harlosteak and @half bird lv, @chefbrianhoward. Simple version of grilled artichokes with celery salsa
Sorrel Chimmichurri.
2c leafy greens, sorrel, arugula, scallions, spinach
.5 avacado
1clove garlic
Tsp each:cayenne, paprika, oregano, thyme, cumin, coriander
1/2c rw vinegar or white whine vinegar
1c oil
Everything together in blender, emulsify,,great for anything, sauce, dip, marinade,, or even On just , bread.
