Many thanks to the more than 1400 participants who picked up their packets today. We are excited about a great race tomorrow!

For those who did not pick up their packets during mandatory pick up, we ask for your patience tomorrow. We will only have 1 check-in available from 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm.

Make sure you pick yours up (guaranteed if registered by December 1) during MANDATORY packet pick up on Saturday - December 14 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm at QuarterFour!

If you are unable to pick up your packet on Saturday, please email team@westtexasendurance no later than Wednesday, December 11.

We will hold your packet for pick up on Sunday at race site between 4-6 pm.

Participants who do not pick up packets on Saturday or email us in advance will not have their packets held. Due to the size of this race, we appreciate your cooperation.

Words cannot express how heartbroken we are to hear about the passing of our friend, Audrey McCool. She and Barry were always there to support us and our athletes as we hosted the Willie McCool Memorial Half Marathon, 5K & 10K honoring Willie’s legacy! I know Willie (and David) were waiting there to welcome her with open arms!

To Barry, Kirstie, Sean and all of the McCool family, our prayers are with you. Her spirit will live on in the memories shared with those who loved her.
