A southern wedding tradition, suggests that burying a bottle of bourbon at your chosen ceremony site 30 days before the wedding ensures clear skies on your special day!

Today, we remember and celebrate the beautiful and exquisite Josephine Abney, on her 105th birthday. She had a wonderful vision of turning Abney Hall into an event venue and we are so blessed we are able to make her dreams come true. We know she loves the celebrations and special memories that are continuing on with each event that is hosted at Abney Hall. She is our motivation and reason we strive to make Abney Hall Events the best it can be!
