Yesterday’s function was a wake for a very popular gentlemen… We were asked to cater for 100 guests, include a hot and cold selection buffet and for the majority to be homemade… mission completed ✔️

The homemade quiches went down a treat along with the homemade brownies & scones, not to mention our very popular sausages rolls 🥪

Quiche fillings included:
Quiche Lorraine
Goats cheese & spinach
Chicken, tomato & basil

The chosen sandwich fillings were:
Egg mayonnaise
Cheese & Pickle
Ham
Smoked Salmon & cream cheese.
