Important Update re: Keynote
Dear Conference Attendees,

We hope this letter finds you well and filled with anticipation for HCC2024. It is with regret that we must inform you of an unforeseen change in our conference program.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we regret to inform you that our esteemed keynote speaker, Leah McDermott, has had to cancel her appearance at the conference. We understand the disappointment this news may bring, and we share in your frustration.

While we understand the importance of the keynote address in setting the tone for the event, we assure you that we are dedicated to delivering a program that exceeds your expectations.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause. We remain steadfast in our commitment to delivering a memorable and impactful conference experience for all attendees.
