Lentils 200g
Stock or Water to cover lentils twice over.
Onion 1 large or 2 small
Olive Oil
Garlic 3 cloves
Tomatoes 200g I like cherry but any will do
Tomato Puree 1 tbsp
coconut milk 100ml
Lao Gan Ma (2 or 3 tsp plus more to garnish depending how hot you like it)
Coriander to serve. Chopped

Will also be attempting to restore the reputation of the much maligned marrow, (the glut is here) by showing how to inject this bland beast with the flavours required to make it pop. Tune in for two hours of live home cooking from 7pm 🍽
