For the 2023 regular season, if any games in my season ticket plan are impacted (i.e., canceled, postponed and not rescheduled or have restricted capacity that prevents the use of your specific seats), you will have the option to receive a credit or a refund for the impacted games, otherwise no refunds once purchased and transferred to you.
Payment options: Zelle, Paypal, Cash App, Venmo,
cover fees if paying through G&S
- AVOID PAYING EXTRA FEES through other vendors or websites
- Tickets will be transferred via email through the “MLB ballpark” app, upon payment. Hard tickets are no longer available. I will need your name and email with once payment is sent.
- The VIP Bleacher entrance is at the main bleacher entrance, along Waveland Ave. You will enter through the Bleacher gate, there is just a separate line for Season Ticket Holders ahead of the general public.
- The STH VIP early entry opens 10 minutes before the other entrances. If you are in line at the time, the ushers will let you in first, when the line ends, they will open up the line for non-STH/VIP ticket holders.
- The entrance stops allowing VIP ticket holders to use the VIP line once the main gates open. If you are not there in time, you will miss out on the early entry benefit.
• New this season. Good Sport Section: The Cubs are designating Sections 501-502 as the Good Sport Section for new and seasoned fans who enjoy sitting in the Budweiser Bleachers but prefer a more casual vibe to watch the game.
Additional changes you should know before returning to the ballpark for the 2023 season:
• Gates: For our March 30 home opener, gates will open two hours prior to the start of the game. For most games, gates will open 90 minutes prior to first pitch. Gates will open two hours before first pitch for Saturday games and special occasions.
• C.D. Peacock Trophy Room: New this year, fans will be able to enjoy a new trophy room located inside the Marquee Gate entrance, adjacent to the C.D. Peacock Premier Entrance lobby. The new trophy room will house the 2016 World Series Championship trophy and will be open to fans on gamedays.
• Commemorative Tickets: Fans wanting a special memento of their visit to the Friendly Confines can purchase commemorative tickets through the MLB Ballpark app to help commemorate their experience at Wrigley Field. Tickets will be printed and mailed as ordered and will not provide entry into the ballpark. For more information on how to secure a commemorative ticket this season, please visit Cubs.com/CommemorativeTickets.
