Donations are reaching the families who needed and we are forever grateful that humanity is still bigger than technical issues. Most importantantly, thank you to everyone who supported in each of their ways, talents, money, bootyshake, flyers etc. and of course eternal credit to the amazing people you see here cooking, deliviring and spreading so much goodness in the world - here is a short message from some of them

Thank you so much to those of you who were with us last night.

We’re genuinely sorry about the technical obstacles that prevented us from meeting some of the beautiful people we had with us in Brazil. Especially Erika Mahya who has gathered with her sister, other artists and local shopowners in the favela of Rocinha in doing some immediate relief work out of own pocket. They cook warm meals, deliver basic food kits and hygieni - all of this out of own pocket.

We know it may seem dodgy that it’s not through an official organization, but this way the money goes straight to them and you can even follow Erika and her sister as they go on their missions

Look Up will host its first virtual house party concept this Saturday 2nd of May at 8 pm (Denmark), 3 pm ( Brazil-Brasília).

We want to uplift the spirits these uncertain times by hosting a free live event in which we connect from our base in Copenhagen to an exciting line up of artists in different favelas.
The aim is to connect our parts of the world and make the best out of our virtual times by discovering new amazing music as well as being able to support the favelas who right now are facing hardship in the shadow of corona.
