Some delicious Briebelle by Hunter Belle Dairy Co. made its way to Queensland with us to take centre stage on our 3 metre table. Topped with our family honeycomb, you couldn’t get any better!!

Wedding Time.. A huge 3.6 metres of S T U N N I N G selection including more than 2 kgs of delicious Briebelle from our friends at Hunterbelle Cheese Factory. One gentleman asked me “if there is one cheese to try here, what would it be” and my reply was “definitely the Briebelle, it’s a local cheese and it is soooo creamy”. Aged to perfection to get that gooey creamy centre. It melts as you spread it. No wonder it’s so popular! Y U M! This has to be a must for your next grazing table. Message us to check dates!
