LONG POST WARNING – trust us, you will want to read this…or face utter confusion when you arrive at the event.
You asked and we listened!!! In an effort to make positive change when it comes to the traffic flow (remember there will be 2,200 registered Jeeps, so there are going to be times when “hurry up and wait” is the mantra of the moment) THERE IS A NEW MAIN ENTRANCE FOR THIS YEAR’S EVENT! And it’s going to take all of us getting the word out and working together…channeling our inner patience…to eliminate confusion – ‘cause we know the one thing most everyone hates is change…and the one thing that’s guaranteed is – let’s say it together… .
REMEMBER - There is NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION. THE EVENT IS SOLD OUT.
Check out the coolest legend ever! Pretty easy to understand, right? But if you’re anything like our social media gal, then you might need a bit of an explanation ('cause she can't find her way out of a paper bag). So, here’s the LONG and short of it:
🟡 YELLOW - CHECK-IN TO OBTAIN DECAL – you’ll only need to go through this line ONCE. If you have NOT picked up your registration packet and event Jeep decal this is the path you will take. From 80 Foot Road you will turn on L. Stenger Road (YELLOW LINE ON THE MAP) - follow the signs for NEED DECAL. The check-in process is drive-thru, so you won’t need to exit your Jeep. We encourage you to download the event waiver ahead of time and bring with you completed to speed up the process. Here's the link for the waiver (and the event homepage with tons of great information): https://jeepinwithjudd.com/ ***Yes, there will be waivers on hand for those unable to download/print, but doing this ahead of time will speed up the process. *** CHECK-IN CLOSES AT 4:30PM FRIDAY & SATURDAY! *** RV's and Campers CANNOT GO THROUGH THE CHECK-IN LINE ***
*** SIDE NOTE: Don’t ask us if we’re opening registration on Thursday – We have to see if the volunteers can accommodate this. We will let you know via Facebook.
⚠ PAY ATTENTION, THIS NEXT ITEM IS NEW, SO PLEASE READ AND SHARE:
🟢 GREEN: This is the entrance path ON MUD LAKE ROAD for DECALED JEEPERS who've already picked up their registration packet at Check-In AND for SPECTATORS. NO NEED TO GO DOWN L. STENGER ONCE YOU ARE A DECALED JEEP. Coming from S.R. 60 on 80 Foot Road, you will pass L. Stenger Road and you will PASS COX ROAD – [DO NOT TURN ON COX ROAD as it is now a ONE WAY EXIT)], then go about THREE MILES and turn onto MUD LAKE ROAD.
MUD LAKE ROAD 🟢 is a one-way in entrance for – and COX ROAD 🔴 is a one-way out exit for the event.
IF YOU TAKE THE WRONG ENTRANCE but need to check-in and get your decal. You’ll have to take Mud Lake Road all the way into the event and then exit on COX ROAD. Then take 80 Foot Road to L. Stenger to jump into the check-in line. You will NOT be permitted to cross to enter the event check-in on L. Stenger.
🔵 BLUE - This is the designated camping area on the Clear Springs Property. Camping Check-In opens at 1pm on Thursday. If you have questions or concerns when you arrive, please see the camping coordinator when you arrive. You can also download the camping waiver on our website to help speed up your check-in process when you arrive at the location.
