Popping onto your feed for a personal life update! The curious DMs can finally rest now that I’m announcing that we are engaged! The most exhilarating and unexpected *magic moment. On November 3rd, Alex pulled off the most beautiful proposal that I have been dying to visit for years. I am extremely hard to surprise so a massive kudos to Alex for pulling off the most beautiful day. We’ve been soaking up our time as fiancés during our Italian trip and are so excited to share. Cin Cin! 🥂

Hello, there are lots of new faces around here lately so today seemed to be a good one to re-introduce myself as it is my 28th birthday! Hi, I’m Liva — owner and lead planner here at Liva & Co. 🥂

For years I’ve always dreamed of having my own wedding and event planning company and about 9 years in the industry — 2 years in my own business — here we are! Fresh off a completed and busy wedding season, I’m feeling so grateful and proud of the direction that Liva & Co. is headed. And even more exciting, this is only the beginning. I truly love creating spaces to celebrate life’s most cherished moments - whether it’s your wedding day, a milestone, or just any excuse to throw a party, we’ve got you covered!

Thank you to those who have been following since the start and welcome to those who just recently joined. We are so honored to have you here and can’t wait to take you along the beautiful events we have planned.

I’ve come to realize that I often post pictures of my clients more frequently than of their events. That is likely because I love to form deep connections with my clients and their story. This one is no exception as I had a strong personal connection to Haley & John before I became their planner. BUT I also LOVED their design - described as elevated eclectic garden party — so here she is!

CAMP FLINT! 🏕️🪵🔥This summer camp themed, baby shower for the Flints was such a blast to create. From canteen floral arrangements, to delicious bbq, a beer canoe, custom desserts, and trail mix favors; we brought the wilderness indoors to celebrate this new and exciting adventure of parenthood.

Let’s talk about gifts on the wedding morning… whether it’s a sentimental item or just the gift of words. These are such special moments to capture on wedding day. Brooke’s husband gifted her a beautiful wooden box for to keep all of her wedding memories and items in.

And Brooke hand wrote all of her bridesmaids & family members beautiful notes thanking them for their support. Lots of tears were spilled over these moments in June!

I loved that Belinda & Kyle chose to get ready together. Once Kyle and his groomsmen left, Belinda changed into her dress so they could experience a special first look prior to the ceremony.

One of the most popular ways to customize details for weddings today comes in the form of Signature Cocktails (or mocktails if that’s your thing!) B & G connected their drinks to an inside family joke and an ode to a Taylor Swift lyric. It was a fun little detail and the bar menus were stunning! — but to add to that were the amazing cocktail napkins that accompanied the drinks.

When guests shifted from cocktail hour to reception, the napkins displayed a handwritten note from the couple thanking guests for celebrating their wedding — a unique keepsake and detail that I loved.

Being from Vegas, it’s not difficult to find some sort of connection with many of my clients. Similar backgrounds, schools, and even mutual friends. But it’s not every day you get to plan your childhood best friend’s wedding. This day was so full of love, emotion, and could not be a more perfect representation of Brooke and Gage’s 10 year long relationship with one another. They are some of the greatest people you will meet and I could not have been more honored to be a part of their love story in more way than one. Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Wilson. I love you both eternally! 🤍✨
