When starting Pancake Haus, I did a deep dive on everything mini pancakes and where they originated. I found so much information about poffertjes. 🥞

Poffertjes are traditional Dutch mini pancakes, which are cooked on a grill like mine. They are a sweet treat served with butter and powdered sugar. The first mention of poffertjes dates back to 1746!!

Let me introduce our brand new flavor! These will be served with a pat of butter and ALL the powdered sugar. Come try them at Acadiana Eats this weekend.

Thanks for all the love and support today at Patch at the Park!! We left the event with less than a bottle of batter left and sold over 100 orders. I’m truly blown away and so grateful.

It was so fun seeing all of our repeat customers and meeting new ones as well. Another Youngsville Pumpkin Patch in the books. 🤍🥞
