These next couple days leading up to our 25th Anniversary event will be busy and my time online will be limited. I may or may reply to texts sent to the phone # listed on this page, but if you actually do need to reach me that's better than messaging me here. I look forward to seeing a lot of you this coming weekend, and the weather looks to be great!

So, I am counting next year (2024) at the Wok's 25th anniversary! I had reckoned the years to exclude the two when the Wok wasn't set up and the Covid years (2020 and 2021) HOWEVER in 1999 this little venture began so no matter the couple years off 25 years is next year! Stay tuned through the rest of 2023 for updates.

Ahoy Woksylvania! The Wok Joks and I are eagerly counting the days until we can feed you again at our anniversary event! The weather looks to be great for most of the weekend with a 50/50 chance of some rain that Saturday. If you're arriving that Friday we're offering cheesesteak sammiches for lunch and will be open for full service from Friday dinner onward. We'll have lots of Lemonade and Pomegranate Fruit punch on hand to go with your old Wok faves and a few new ones. Due to popular demand, the Chinese BBQ pork sammiches are returning as a full menu item instead of a limited special. What will be limited are the "Poke the Wok Way" Bowls with chicken, cooked shrimp, or tofu as protein options.

We are now less than three weeks from our anniversary event! My crew is excited and can't wait to see all of you have have made this event such a success over the years.

The Dragon Pinata will have some cool premium toys for all the kids who will be trying to smash it, but last year I know some kids who had special dietary needs found themselves unable to eat any of the candy we provided for the pinata, and that just won't do! If you need some special candy or treats (gluten-free, dairy free, sugar-free, etc) please email the Wok Boss at [email protected] so this can all be taken into account and everybody can have treats!

Set your clocks and watches for Memorial Day weekend, Woksylvanians, and see you then!

An important announcement from the Wok Boss for those attending our anniversary event over Memorial Day Weekend: We shall be open with a special menu for lunch on Friday May 26th. Our full menu shall be available beginning with dinner that same evening. I have it on good authority that "Poke, the Wok Way" shall be offered as a special for as long as it lasts!

A message from the Wok Boss:

We have a limited supply of Original Mongolian Wok T-shirts left! There is the OG black logo, red logo, and red anniversary logo. Starting now and ending either at the anniversary event over Memorial Day weekend or when they're gone, all shirts are being sold at cost. ($8 for small and under, $11 all other sizes) While I am unsure of exactly how many of each size/color we've got left, feel free to email me directly at [email protected] to ask and I'll look. I'd prefer to hand-deliver but if you truly wish one mailed to you I'll see how much that would be.
