Dinner made by me....
Orzo bean salad with feta, roasted garlic, avocado, and cajun shrimp over a green bed of arugula...
Homemade Lemongrass Ice Tea on the side..😉

Summer salads are nice and refreshing, especially when it's hot...

Because eating healthy doesn't have to be a boring salad.
