Over the 4 weeks, we will be focusing on festive themes for winter florals, holiday events & home decor.
You will design (& take home), breath-taking bouquets, our signature over-the-top wreath, a grand statement piece suited for an entry room or gathering place, dining table centrepieces to create amazing tablesscapes, miniatures including hostess gifts and ending with our gorgeous 10 ft garland !

Floral Artistry 101 is an introductory programme.
We cover all the Floral Arts basics:
Learn how to create miniature flower arrangements, boutonnieres, corsages…
You’ll also create florals for children! Floral Crowns, Tussy Mussies etc. …
Of course – our signature, drop-dead-gorgeous garlands… Table-top centrepieces …
and last but not least, Breath-taking Bouquets!
Once you’ve completed all four weeks – you will receive your Cambridge School of Flowers Certificate (highly recognized in the industry).
Many of our Grads have secured employment in the industry – some even opening their own successful business! Many are published ! – Like the front cover of Wedding Bells Magazine (makes Elaine proud to say)

We provide the insert for your planter – approx 10″ to 12″ diameter (if you need something larger – just ask ! & we can price it !)
We figure most folks will need two of these,

This year we’ve hosted 20 or so Blossoms & Brunch events @13_foodandbeverage ! Thank you everyone who has come out to play with flowers with us ! We’ve added a NEW date ! Sunday November 19 ! (November 12th sold out today) it’s $125 pp & includes a welcoming Mimosa & Brunch @13localtaproom ! November 19th you’ll make a pretty Nosegay bouquet (as we do at each Blossoms & Brunch) & our second project on this day will be a sweet little “door knocker” wreath (about 7” diameter. I’ve only just decided to add this (LOL) so it’s not even up on the website yet ! It will most surely sell out quickly - so if you are interested! Send me a DM or [email protected] & we can figure out how to get your tickets to you ! Yes ! We can take groups & can accommodate as many as 10 per table. This is our last Blossoms & Brunch for 2023 - although we do have an Evergreen Luncheon Dec 10 - $195 pp & lots of Christmas Workshops too ! Ps - Nov 19 was my Mum’s birthday !
