The Idaho Foodbank serves the entire state, so it made sense to branch out and hold a fundraising event in other Idaho cities as well! A Seat at the Table was also held in Lewiston and this past week was the first annual event in Eastern Idaho. We held it in Idaho Falls, and Melaleuca was kind enough to host us at their beautiful event center. Similar to Boise, we had two local chefs compete in a black box challenge creating amazing appetizers, with delicious mocktails to accompany. The Dessert Dash was a fun new addition to the event—guests enjoyed outbidding their friends for a sweet treat!

The three musketeers! 😄 As an event producer, it makes all the difference to work people who have mastered their craft. They can adjust to last-minute changes on the fly and adlib if necessary. (And believe me, when it comes to events, being able to roll with the punches is almost always necessary.) Thanks to Mellisa Paul and Zack Krone for a great event. You were a delight to work with!

The classic annual Idaho Foodbank event was reimagined this year with a new name—A Seat at the Table—and a fun new twist! It was a wonderful evening spent raising funds for the 1 in 9 Idahoans facing food insecurity. Attendees enjoyed delicious dishes and the thrill of a black box challenge—where chefs had to create an appetizer from ingredients that guests voted on! It was a truly special event. I am proud to continue partner with the Idaho Foodbank and help them raise funds for all of the amazing work they do through the state of Idaho.

Congrats to Idaho Trust Bank on their milestone, celebrating 30 years in business! I loved helping them design an event worthy of the occasion. We took advantage of the two-story space, creating a community-centered event on both levels with delicious food, fun desserts, special drinks, fresh florals, lively music and more. The themed swag and fun photo op truly added to the party atmosphere, and guests had a blast.

This year Lysi Bishop Real Estate marks 30 years of business in our beautiful city! What better location to host the celebration than the Boise Train Depot overlooking it?

The vintage picnic theme was a classic, and we kept the decor simple to accent the beauty of the historical building. Guests enjoyed visiting the food stands to grab delicious bites, a fun beverage, and ice cream. The live music really set the stage with a pianist inside, a guitarist outside, and of course those incredible views!

It was a lovely evening marking a momentous occasion for my client and her team. Congratulations on 30 years!

What an inspirational evening, celebrating six exceptional women in the law profession. I was honored to help plan and coordinate The Idaho Women Lawyers Gala. This year’s theme was “All of Us,” a celebration of the accomplishments of lawyers throughout the state who are working together to create a more inclusive legal community.

A fitting celebration of a meaningful career! We sent Karen Vauk, CEO of the Idaho Foodbank, off in style. Members of the community, friends, and staff came together to celebrate a dynamic leader who has served the community and grown the Foodbank’s reach over the past 14 years. Guests enjoyed an array of fresh fruits and vegetables with a lovely charcuterie display, plus facility tours.

Such a fun evening, celebrating a milestone birthday for an amazing woman. She’s seriously the sweetest, and everyone who joined her to celebrate would agree! The colors she chose were bright, just like her personality, with a touch of gold to bring the glam. Guests enjoyed appetizers, drinks, and the birthday girl’s favorite desserts while they danced the night away. I love helping clients create an unforgettable evening to celebrate a milestone occasion!

What an evening! It was an honor to be a part of the milestone 25th anniversary of A Chef’s Affaire. We chose an elevated palette of black and gold for this year’s event, and it was a beautiful backdrop for the evening’s festivities. 500 attendees came out to celebrate and raise funds for the hungry in our community. They enjoyed a sophisticated event, full of fine dining and exciting auction items—all to benefit the Idaho Foodbank. Six local chefs created a memorable menu, with three delicious appetizers during the social hour and three stunning courses—all paired with wine from five local wineries. I’ve been fortunate to help plan this event for five years now, and every year I am blown away by the community support and enthusiasm.

What starts in Boise but ends in Africa? The work that Capstone is doing! It was a real honor to be able to help plan their golf tournament this year. The event supports the continued development of the 7-acre Capstone Primary School campus in Uganda. There was great energy during the tournament, knowing they were playing for a cause that will impact so many!

Throw back to a fun little grand opening event I got to do this spring with Venture Title & Escrow. When they moved into their beautiful new office, they knew they wanted to host an event that would welcome clients and colleagues to their new workspace. Guests enjoyed delicious appetizers and drinks, along with office tours. There were smiles all around!

A hootin’ hollerin’ good time at the Wild West Auction! Loved helping the Boys and Girls Club of Ada County pull off another amazing event this year! We elevated the wild west theme into a little more southwestern chic this year, and had so much fun with it! Everyone who attended got into the spirit, and we raised a lot of money for the Club. Can’t wait to do it again next year!

Celebrating the big 5-0! What an honor to help coordinate ESI’s State of the Company event. The evening was a special celebration of the company’s 50th anniversary, as well as a look back at the outstanding accomplishments and highlights of 2022. Inspirational speakers gave the crowd plenty to be proud of—and plenty to look forward to as they talked about all that is planned for 2023. Congratulations ESI!

Who doesn’t love a great holiday party? A local realtor wanted to host a client appreciation party—but with a twist. I loved the challenge! I was tasked with how to both entertain the guests and keep them moving through the space. The result was a dynamic and interactive event! We decided on a Nutcracker theme, entertaining guests with dancing, food and beverages as they moved from space to space. Such a fun and festive evening!

Go Orange, Go Big Blue! I loved being a part of this meaningful celebration, as nine incredible individuals were inducted into the BSU Athletic Hall of Fame. The room was decked out in orange and blue, and one of my favorite elements was the large LED wall that featured inductee’s names and photos.
