Congrats to Idaho Trust Bank on their milestone, celebrating 30 years in business! I loved helping them design an event worthy of the occasion. We took advantage of the two-story space, creating a community-centered event on both levels with delicious food, fun desserts, special drinks, fresh florals, lively music and more. The themed swag and fun photo op truly added to the party atmosphere, and guests had a blast.

This year Lysi Bishop Real Estate marks 30 years of business in our beautiful city! What better location to host the celebration than the Boise Train Depot overlooking it?
The vintage picnic theme was a classic, and we kept the decor simple to accent the beauty of the historical building. Guests enjoyed visiting the food stands to grab delicious bites, a fun beverage, and ice cream. The live music really set the stage with a pianist inside, a guitarist outside, and of course those incredible views!
It was a lovely evening marking a momentous occasion for my client and her team. Congratulations on 30 years!

What an inspirational evening, celebrating six exceptional women in the law profession. I was honored to help plan and coordinate The Idaho Women Lawyers Gala. This yearâs theme was âAll of Us,â a celebration of the accomplishments of lawyers throughout the state who are working together to create a more inclusive legal community.

A fitting celebration of a meaningful career! We sent Karen Vauk, CEO of the Idaho Foodbank, off in style. Members of the community, friends, and staff came together to celebrate a dynamic leader who has served the community and grown the Foodbankâs reach over the past 14 years. Guests enjoyed an array of fresh fruits and vegetables with a lovely charcuterie display, plus facility tours.
Such a fun evening, celebrating a milestone birthday for an amazing woman. Sheâs seriously the sweetest, and everyone who joined her to celebrate would agree! The colors she chose were bright, just like her personality, with a touch of gold to bring the glam. Guests enjoyed appetizers, drinks, and the birthday girlâs favorite desserts while they danced the night away. I love helping clients create an unforgettable evening to celebrate a milestone occasion!
What an evening! It was an honor to be a part of the milestone 25th anniversary of A Chefâs Affaire. We chose an elevated palette of black and gold for this yearâs event, and it was a beautiful backdrop for the eveningâs festivities. 500 attendees came out to celebrate and raise funds for the hungry in our community. They enjoyed a sophisticated event, full of fine dining and exciting auction itemsâall to benefit the Idaho Foodbank. Six local chefs created a memorable menu, with three delicious appetizers during the social hour and three stunning coursesâall paired with wine from five local wineries. Iâve been fortunate to help plan this event for five years now, and every year I am blown away by the community support and enthusiasm.
What starts in Boise but ends in Africa? The work that Capstone is doing! It was a real honor to be able to help plan their golf tournament this year. The event supports the continued development of the 7-acre Capstone Primary School campus in Uganda. There was great energy during the tournament, knowing they were playing for a cause that will impact so many!
Throw back to a fun little grand opening event I got to do this spring with Venture Title & Escrow. When they moved into their beautiful new office, they knew they wanted to host an event that would welcome clients and colleagues to their new workspace. Guests enjoyed delicious appetizers and drinks, along with office tours. There were smiles all around!

A hootinâ hollerinâ good time at the Wild West Auction! Loved helping the Boys and Girls Club of Ada County pull off another amazing event this year! We elevated the wild west theme into a little more southwestern chic this year, and had so much fun with it! Everyone who attended got into the spirit, and we raised a lot of money for the Club. Canât wait to do it again next year!
Celebrating the big 5-0! What an honor to help coordinate ESIâs State of the Company event. The evening was a special celebration of the companyâs 50th anniversary, as well as a look back at the outstanding accomplishments and highlights of 2022. Inspirational speakers gave the crowd plenty to be proud ofâand plenty to look forward to as they talked about all that is planned for 2023. Congratulations ESI!
Who doesnât love a great holiday party? A local realtor wanted to host a client appreciation partyâbut with a twist. I loved the challenge! I was tasked with how to both entertain the guests and keep them moving through the space. The result was a dynamic and interactive event! We decided on a Nutcracker theme, entertaining guests with dancing, food and beverages as they moved from space to space. Such a fun and festive evening!
Go Orange, Go Big Blue! I loved being a part of this meaningful celebration, as nine incredible individuals were inducted into the BSU Athletic Hall of Fame. The room was decked out in orange and blue, and one of my favorite elements was the large LED wall that featured inducteeâs names and photos.
The room was definitely feeling lucky at the Meridian Chamberâs Casino Night Gala! Guests took a roll of the dice, all to support the Chamber of Commerce. I had so much fun setting up gaming tables and casino-themed finishing touches for the 400 lucky attendees. We capped off the night by honoring both the Man and Woman of the Year. Such a wonderful evening!
It was so much fun to be back in person for A Chefsâ Affaire! This annual event brings five local chefs and five local wineries together with our community to celebrate and support the Idaho Foodbank. Delectable dishes were served, delicious wines poured, an entertaining auction had, and a lot of funds raised to help feed Idahoâs hungry! So proud to be a part of such an amazing event helping our neighbors in need.
A week ago today, 9/22, was my 15 Year Workaversary! I canât believe itâs been 15 years since my first official event as an event planner, when I was hired by Childrenâs Home Society. Before that, it was many years of volunteering, throwing parties and helping friends with their celebrations. What a wild ride itâs been.
It was the perfect way to celebrate the anniversary by doing what I loveâŠevents!
Color your world! That was the theme for Thursday nightâs event honoring the Idaho Business Reviewâs Women of the Year, and these ladies sure brought the hues.
I loved putting together the details for this vibrant event, honoring 50 incredible women who are shaping Idahoâs economic and community well-being through their outstanding leadership and mentoring efforts.
For a house that bleeds blue like ours does, doing an event on The Blue was a dream! đ I was honored to help the BSU Athletic Department put on its annual donor celebration, appropriately titled, Dinner on the Blue. It was a last-minute ask, but we pulled it off with spirit! It was fun to take the event up a notch this year, and I certainly love working with this group! How great is my job? Go Broncos!
A day on the green for chari-tee! đ One of the best things about my job is helping companies who make an impact in the community. I had a wonderful time helping ESI put on their first annual golf tourney to benefit their nonprofit, ESI Cares. The event was well attended and plenty of fun! Best of all, we created awareness for the foundationâs mission with local businesses in the construction industry.

Can I get a âYeehawâ for the Boys and Girls Club of Ada County? đ€ I had the pleasure of coordinating the Wild West Auction this year, and WOW! What an honor to be part of largest fundraising event in the state of Idaho. I am proud to say that we had a record-breaking event this yearâraising more than $1 million dollars for the Club!
Iâm looking at my calendar for the rest of the year, and I have some super fun events on the docket! But I also have space for a few more!

This past week I had the honor of helping ESI produce their annual State of the Company event. Last year I produced this event virtually, and it was wonderful to help them do it in person this year! Bringing their employees together to celebrate the incredible year they had, and to share plans for next year.
There is a lot that goes into running an event from behind the scenes, and I love every bit of it. There is something so satisfying about creating a comprehensive production schedule so the AV team knows when to advance slides, bring house lights up and down, and which person is speaking next. Iâm happy to say that the team did a wonderful job executing all of the details, not only for those in the room, but also for the live stream for employees watching from different states.
The day has finally arrived! I have been honored to work with the Idaho Foodbank for the past three years, and we finally got to celebrate the ribbon-cutting for their new facility in Meridian! I loved helping them create a virtual Grand Opening event that allowed everyone to get a look inside this amazing new facility. Congratulations to the

This wedding reception was drenched in the rich hues of Tuscan fall, giving the Boise Train Depot the feel of an Italian countryside. The natural wood and warm brick of the Depot was a perfect backdrop, punctuated by golden highlights. And the flickering candles finished the affect with a soft and ethereal glow. Definitely one of my favorites to put together!
It was so exciting to be in-person for the Women of the Year event for the Idaho Business Review. It was inspiring to plan this event, honoring influential women and their accomplishments in our community. What a great city we live in!
Tonight is the night! Itâs time for A Chefsâ Affaire, supporting the Idaho Foodbank. While we miss doing this event in person, being virtual has its advantages! Weâve been able to expand the event statewide, including Pocatello and Lewiston this year. Itâs wonderful to have participants from Northern and Eastern Idaho, all supporting an organization that makes a meaningful impact in our state.
