Making all the crochet rainbows of hope during lockdown has got me back into crochet. I hadn’t made anything since my own girls were babies; he hem years ago. This is one of my favourites at the moment. I love the pattern which looks great in every colour I’ve used so far. I really like this denim blue colour by Stylecraft. This size is newborn and I think it is really cute. I have a hat, jumper and blanket good to go at the moment. DM for details.

A wine lovers 40th birthday pop up box card. “Best card I’ve ever had” was the reaction to receiving this according to feedback from my customer. Cheers🍷
Another custom made card order. This card reflected a Mum’s determination and resilience especially during lockdown. Despite the weather, going out for long walks with three young children and three dogs everyday, keeping fit in mind and body. I’m pleased to say she loved her card. Brownie points for me and the sender.
I really enjoyed making this greenhouse/potting shed card for a friends 60th birthday. I love being able to add little personal details. The photo behind the window is his garden, he has a little black radio he takes into the garden to listen to the cricket and the vegetable seed packets refer to an “in” joke. The card would fold flat but I decided not to risk it and boxed it up.
I’ve been a bit quiet on this page as there has been a lot going on at Tudor Towers recently. I have still been making cards for customer orders in the background. The £1 I donate from every card mounted up to £50 which was given to Down Syndrome Cheshire. They have posted this lovely message to say how grateful they are. So thank you to everyone who ordered a card which contributed to the donation.

Happy World Down’s Syndrome Day
Held every year on the 21st of the 3rd month to represent the triplicating of the 21st chromosome. A person with Down’s has this extra chromosome and everyone is invited to wear odd socks to demonstrate this uniqueness.
This pop up box card celebrates the day and my GREAT nephew, Jamie with 21 odd socks.

Hubby is Welsh, so he got this card for his November birthday. He may well get it again this year. 😂
Last but not least. Again, these are made up and ready to go with your chosen greeting. The larger card at £3.50 is 8 x 8 and is easel style. The smaller at £2.50 is 6 x 6 and traditional flat. I will be able to make more of these for orders after Mother’s Day.

This tunnel card is a stunner if I say so myself. Suitable for Mothers Day or for birthdays and I can add personalisation to suit. There is a lot of detail in this one and is £8. I will be able to make more of these for dates after Mother’s Day but papers may vary.
I think I must have had the rule of 6 on my mind when I made these! If you would like one of these for Mother’s Day, you need to order ASAP.

Boxes are £7, measure 7 x 7cm and made with high quality cards and papers. ( They are also fiddly to make and involve lots of finger burning and frequent cussing!)
These are my last few Mother’s Day cards. Some of these are one offs and some I can make again. I’m giving first chance to my page followers before advertising more widely. I’ll do separate posts for each card to make it easier to see the detail.
A request this week for a pop up box for a wine lovers 40th birthday. Not keen on wine? I can adapt to beer bottles, cans or champagne/Prosecco bottles. These pop up boxes measure 15cm in height and 21cm wide including the side flaps. They fold flat to fit into an envelope and can be posted.

Hubby had his first Covid jab today so I thought it only right that I make him a card. It really is something to celebrate and we are so grateful to everyone who has worked so hard to get to this point.
