Today Jump Around had to cancel two outdoor hires for tomorrow due to the wind gust speeds of 42mph. One customer was completely understanding and the other was more than furious and told us it was sick we were letting her kid down. The SAFETY of the KIDS needs to come first.
The LAST thing we ever want to do is cancel. Sadly the weather is out of our control. It’s against the law to hire out inflatables in winds above 24mph. We do advise customers of this when booking. As a company we NEED to adhere to legislation for the safety of the children.
