The ice cream store is officially OPEN!!

We will be having a soft opening for the next few weeks as we make the transition to summer. So hours may be limited to Sat-Mon for the next 2 weeks as we get employee's trained.

We have so many of our original favorite flavors! And we've added a DAIRY FREE option too!!!

We have many favorite Seasons, but Ice Cream Season is one of our favorites at the market.
We had a soft opening for the Ice Cream shop yesterday that will continue today and then days and hours will increase for the Summer!

In honor of Deer Season we thought we'd give you a peek into our process for taking in your deer!
Once your deer comes into our shop it receives a tag that will stay with it through the whole process. It is very important to us that the deer meat you bring in is the deer meat you receive upon pick up, and this process ensures that! You are given several options, as seen below, for styles of cuts that you would like. We begin cutting and processing you deer as soon as possible, depending on our current inventory.
We are a custom cut and small batch butcher shop so we take our time to make high quality cuts with specialty recipes so you enjoy your meat as if you were sharing a meal with the Vidovic/Delich family!
When your processing is complete we give you a call to let you know! We never mind if you give us a call to check in on the progress of your cuts, we are anxious to get food on your plate as soon as we can!
