Everyone loves the food, but this is the part that makes it special. Hand cut the chicken, running it through a meat grinder, then hand rolling 150 meatballs. Cutting all of the bread for the crostini, making the bacon jam from scratch. You can taste the difference. Losing a few hours of sleep to see the smiles on everyone face is always well worth it. Chef PD, we do it with love, or not at all!!! ❤️❤️❤️
On yesterday evening I had the pleasure of being apart of a great fundraiser event for Grieving with Grace, a nonprofit out of Hammond, La. I want to truly thank everyone for all of the compliments I received on the food. A big shoutout the all the other caterers that participated in the event as well, it’s good the see chefs come together and genuinely have respect for one another.
