Dinner with ChefPD. Smoked Gouda and garlic mashed potatoes, topped with sirloin steak, and garlic butter shrimp. Sauteed spinach on the side with an onion and mushroom cream sauce. Hope everyone has a blessed day!!!!

It’s been awhile,did yall miss me?? pulled pork birria flavored tacos, topped with pickled onions and feta cheese with a homemade guacamole salsa. Also we have shrimp tacos, topped with pineapple pico and a homemade cilantro lime crema. Not pictured is homemade salsa and tortilla chips fried in house. Hope everyone has a blessed Sunday

Sunday dinner with ChefPD. Roasted leg of lamb with a mint sauce, osiago , smoked Gouda and herb mashed potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, butter and brown sugar glazed carrots. Listen to me, this mint sauce and lamb combo is undefeated, and these butter, brown sugar glazed carrots🤤🤤🤤🤤. This will definitely be on the website for booking👀👀

I keep saying this, it’s different in ChefPD kitchen, expand your taste buds!!!!

On this day 2 years ago ChefPD catering was born. My little sister asked me to cater her birthday dinner. it was my first ever event, I learned so much on the fly that night, I was like man this food is going to suck. lol. But to see where ChefPD catering is now and how bright the future is has me smiling. As I type this I guess it’s happy birthday day to ChefPD catering😂😂😂

NEW ITEM ALERT‼️‼️‼️SEARED TUNA TACOS‼️‼️Seared tuna, ponzu onions( sliced purple onions, fresh lime juice, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, soy sauce, let sit overnight ), pineapple coleslaw, spicy yum yum sauce. The flavors in this taco are AMAZING!!!

Everyone loves the food, but this is the part that makes it special. Hand cut the chicken, running it through a meat grinder, then hand rolling 150 meatballs. Cutting all of the bread for the crostini, making the bacon jam from scratch. You can taste the difference. Losing a few hours of sleep to see the smiles on everyone face is always well worth it. Chef PD, we do it with love, or not at all!!! ❤️❤️❤️

On yesterday evening I had the pleasure of being apart of a great fundraiser event for Grieving with Grace, a nonprofit out of Hammond, La. I want to truly thank everyone for all of the compliments I received on the food. A big shoutout the all the other caterers that participated in the event as well, it’s good the see chefs come together and genuinely have respect for one another.

Even Chef PD messes it up sometime. Made jambalaya earlier, and completely screwed it up, super wet, and gummy🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️😂😂. So I mixed it with a 3 pepper cheese blend( pepper jack, jalapeño jack and habanero jack) I had in the fridge and made jambalaya egg rolls. That wet, gummy jambalaya was perfect in the egg rolls, may have to actually add them to the menu.
