Enrichment Camp 2023 with Evolve502

Helping children learn a new skill, seeing their eyes light up with the knowledge of new things is priceless.

Here, I am teaching kids from Boys & Girls Clubs of Kentuckiana (Newburg) how to cook the National dish of Belize - Rice and Beans, Stew Chicken and Sweet Plantains.
They also learned how to make Belizean style Ceviche and Tostadas.
They were engaging, super eager to learn, and ate with much delight🍴😄

We didn't have a kitchen on site so we had to improvise by making appetizers and snacks. Was a joy to watch the campers engage in the process of making these and then devouring them at the end 😄
