Enogieru Gift was dragged by someone on facebook for making size 9 cake for #22,500
and a lot of baker where splitting rubbish that the cake don’t worth the price.

Everyone has their own pricing based on the skills,experience and the quality of their work.
It’s important to appreciate the effort we bakers put out into craft.
Charging more doesn’t necessarily mean someone isn’t skilled.
It’s might reflect the ingredients,time and artistry involved.

Chisom Livinus posted one particular flavor she brought #11,500 here in owerri which i know you can still get #1,000 flavor here in owerri.
You see the price phrases right? you can't compare 11k flavor with the one of 1k" so tell me why her cake won’t be expensive 🤷‍♀️she knows the value and skill she’s giving to her clients and she suggests that confident in the quality of her work and charges accordingly, potentially due to the time, effort, and expertise involved in creating the cake

It really disappointing when your follow bakers gossip or criticize each other just because of price differences.
Let’s us encourage and respect bakers and their prices,bakers are aware of the value of their work and should not be subjected to criticism or negativity regarding there prices.
It’s a call to knowledge the skill,effort and quality ingredients that’s goes into baking.

Please let’s remember that professionalism and kindness often lead to a better environment for everyone.supporting each other’s unique skills and finding ways to collaborate or learn from one another can make the whole community stronger✅💯💪

This year valentines sale I didn’t get much order😪😩
And I think is because i didn’t create awareness on time,was busy procrastinating and also have a lot on my head I wasn’t consistent in posting🥺😪

in fact I didn’t have proper plans and marketing strategy about my valentines sales this year🥺😩

I was meant to print out a valentines package around first week or second week of January and create an awareness for my brand so that People will see my package on time and book ahead but I didn’t 😓🥺

And I think is the major reason why I didn’t make sales this year valentines,I was meant to start planing my valentines sale,bring out my marketing strategy and the necessary things i need to put in place on time
I wasn’t posting and I think I only did one video and that should be around first week of February😩😪I didn’t show up consistently on this year but I’m forever grateful to God🙏

next year Valentine’s Day package I will try and put more effort,start on time,create a lot of awareness,posting,running advert and with all this I will gain more visibility✅🙏

because any business without plans will not grow,without marketing strategies it won’t grow,without vision it won’t grow,I need to be consistency, I need to have something that is driving me to wake up and post on all my handles,I need to show up everyday,create awareness,let people see my products,and know what I do😁🤗henceforth I will keep on showing up consistently and create more awareness like never before so help me God😩🥺🙏

Procrastination the say, is the biggest killer of growth because you will end up wasting time by putting things off.

Last 2weeks have been battling with procrastination🥲😩that I will write out my Val package send it to my designer,still do 2 content and post but since then have been giving one excuse or the other

And I find out that I have serious procrastination problem🥺😩so I have to work on myself
the first step I took was to admit that I’m avoiding the tasks that I’m supposed to be doing,even thou I don’t know where to start from but I have to start somewhere🤩😂because if you acknowledge that you aren’t being as productive as you need to be,you may not see any improvement in your time management skills and have recognized the personification problem I’m experiencing and I now have the mindset to be more productive in my feed💯✅

Yesterday after church service ⛪️ I took a bound step to create content🤩💃
Like I said before it was 2content

I finished creating the first one which was a video content about our Val package.
To create the second content I needed a carbon paper,went to different shops around my street but couldn’t find and I really want to do this content 🥺😢
I have to go back to the shop close to my place to ask for empty carton,and she gave me😂😂and I used it inreplace of the carbon paper and it came out well💯✅and i ended up achieving the second content.

Note:The reason why you procrastinate isn't just because you are lazy. You procrastinate because it challenges your identity.

I remembered when this order came,that was during federal polytechnic nekede Owerri signing out period

I got a call around 11:35 if I can deliver a money bouquet around 3pm
Thou I wanted to reject the order but the client pleaded 🥺😩and I collected the order but wait ooooh
Imagine getting a call around that time to deliver it that same day😳😳it wasn’t easy and is risk work
But happy part of it is that I believe in myself and know I will deliver ✅💯
normally when it comes about business and money I don’t hesitate On grabbing the opportunity

I called my mint vendor and he sent me the money,and I proceeded in making it asap
And I arrived around 4pm and my client was very happy and he gave me a pocket money for a joy well done💃💃
