It was truly an honor to have the opportunity to serve food at an event attended by the esteemed investigative journalist and author, Katherine Eban. Her groundbreaking work, including the acclaimed book 'Bottle of Lies: The Inside Story of the Generic Drug Boom,' has shed light on critical issues in the pharmaceutical industry, promoting transparency and safety. Thank you, Katherine Eban, for your contributions to healthcare and medical ethics.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Monica and The Scowcroft Institute of International Affairs at Texas A&M for choosing us as their caterer. It was a pleasure to be a part of such an intellectually stimulating event, and we had the pleasure of meeting many intelligent, fun, and interesting individuals.

Thank You, Tracy and the Annenberg Staff!

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Tracy and the incredible Annenberg staff for giving us the fantastic opportunity to showcase our food at the APCC Vendor Showcase at Texas A&M. It was truly an honor to be a part of such an outstanding event, and we hope to be welcomed back next year!

We had an absolute blast engaging with a multitude of interesting people inside the Presidential Dining Room. The room oozes history, and you can almost feel the echoes of the past as you walk through it.

Thank you to everyone who visited our booth, sampled our offerings, and shared in our passion for excellent food. Your enthusiasm and support mean the world to us.
